Process Monitor

This is a unique process businesses can utilize to monitor business processes in real time and send notifications and alerts based on business process conditions.

Agents are implemented, configured or designed to monitor specific business processes for success or failures. Alerts are sent to our central location or your location for processing. Actions, such as restarting computers, calling pagers, sending emails or notifing text messages are taken based on the configured options.

The Process Monitor can be used to watch your web pages for response times, monitor computers used for parameter security and ensure they are running, validate that windows services running background task are running properly.

Our company, Morin Moss Inc. works to solve the needs of medium and enterprise sized businesses that work in the area of finance and energy. While we normally provide onsite consulting, we have identified a need for an easy process to set up automatic monitoring and alerting systems to identify computer based business processes with problems.
